Golftreks Travel Provider F.A.Q.s
We’re excited to have you as part of the Golftreks marketplace. This guide answers the most common questions from travel agents, tour operators, and providers about how listings, bookings, payments, and commissions work on our platform.
Our goal is to make it easy for you to list your golf travel packages, reach more golfers, and grow your business — with no upfront costs and a simple commission-only model.
It’s free to list your packages on Golftreks. We only earn when you earn. A 10% booking fee (our platform service fee) is charged to the customer at the time of booking, and you collect the remaining balance directly from the traveller.
• When a traveller books your package, Golftreks charges them a 10% non-refundable deposit.
• You receive the customer details as soon as the booking is confirmed.
• You invoice and collect the remaining 90% balance directly from the customer, following your own payment schedule and policies.
No. There are no upfront costs to list or maintain your packages. Our model is commission-only.
You, the provider, are responsible for:
• Invoicing and collecting the final balance.
• Sending booking confirmations, itineraries, and tickets.
• Handling all customer communication, changes, cancellations, and refunds for the 90% balance.
Golftreks handles the 10% booking fee and will refund this deposit to the traveller if you cancel the booking.
If you cancel, Golftreks will refund the 10% booking fee to the customer. You must also follow your own cancellation policy regarding the remaining 90% balance.
Yes. Once you’ve claimed your listing, you’ll have full access to:

• Update your terms and cancellation policies.
Yes. In addition to standard free listings, Golftreks offers Premium Placement and Sponsored Promotions to boost your visibility. These options put your packages at the top of search results and on featured destination pages.
You do. The traveller contracts directly with you when they book your package. Golftreks is the booking platform and facilitator, not the service provider.
