Welcome to Golftreks.com.au (“Golftreks”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our website, services, listings, and booking portal (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend, or terminate accounts at our discretion.

2. Listings & Travel Operator Accounts

Travel operators (“Agents”) may claim or create listings for their business.

By claiming a listing, you confirm that you are authorised to represent that business.

You are responsible for ensuring all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.

All bookings made through Golftreks are subject to a 10% commission retained by Golftreks, as set out in the Commission Agreement.

3. Bookings & Payments

Bookings are made between travellers and the listed travel operator. Golftreks acts only as a booking and advertising platform.

Prices may be listed in AUD or USD. Currency conversion fees may apply.

Golftreks collects payment on behalf of the travel operator, retains its commission, and remits the balance to the travel operator.

Travel operators are solely responsible for delivering the goods or services booked.

4. Traveller Responsibilities

Travellers are responsible for ensuring that they meet entry, visa, insurance, and health requirements for any travel.

Golftreks is not liable for cancellations, delays, or issues arising from a travel operator’s service.

Any disputes regarding service delivery must be resolved directly with the travel operator.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, graphics, and logos, is owned by Golftreks or its licensors.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written consent.

6. Liability & Disclaimers

Golftreks provides a booking and advertising platform only and does not guarantee the accuracy, safety, or quality of services offered by travel operators.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Golftreks is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury (direct or indirect) arising from use of the Site, bookings, or services provided by travel operators.

Travel operators indemnify Golftreks against claims, losses, or damages arising from inaccurate listings or failure to deliver services.

7. Privacy

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you consent to this processing.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time, without notice, if you breach these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most recent version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
